AdsMogul Marketing ("AdsMogul", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, where it is stored, who processes it on our behalf, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. It covers adsmogul.com, our client portal, and the dashboards and tools we operate for clients.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

Name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing/business address
Portal account credentials (email and a password, which is stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider)
Messages, support tickets, file uploads, and appointment details you submit through our forms or portal
For applicable services: Google Business Profile access you authorize, advertising-account access, and website/hosting details
Payment information you enter at checkout (processed directly by our payment processor — we do not receive or store full card numbers)

Information collected automatically

Device and browser type, IP address, and general location
Pages visited and interactions on our site (analytics)
Campaign and performance data from advertising platforms connected to your account

We collect this through website forms, phone calls, portal activity, and connected advertising platforms. We do not purchase third-party lead lists for our own marketing.

3. Where Your Data Lives

We build on established cloud providers rather than storing data on personal devices. Your information is held in the following systems, all operated in the United States:

Database & file storage — Supabase (running on Amazon Web Services, US region). Holds customer records, vehicles, work orders, appointments, portal messages, support tickets, and uploaded files.
Website hosting & authentication — Netlify (US). Serves our sites and runs Netlify Identity, which manages portal logins and stores account emails, hashed passwords, and access roles.

All connections to our sites and portal use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to stored customer data is restricted to authorized accounts, and database tables enforce row-level access controls.

4. Service Providers (Sub-Processors)

We share the minimum data necessary with vetted providers who process it only to deliver our services. We do not authorize them to use your data for their own purposes.

5. How We Use Your Data

6. SMS & Communication Consent

By submitting your information through our website or forms, you consent to be contacted by AdsMogul via phone calls (including autodialed), pre-recorded messages, SMS/text messages, and email. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt out of SMS any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance, or call (661) 599-3859. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information (phone numbers) and no SMS consent or opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. This category of data is excluded from all data sharing.

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, analyze traffic, measure advertising effectiveness, and improve your experience. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some portal features may stop working. See our Cookie Policy for details.

9. Data Sharing & Sale

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above, with advertising platforms you authorize, or when required by law (for example, a valid legal request) or to protect our rights and safety.

10. Data Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account or engagement is active and as needed to provide services. After an engagement ends, we retain records only as long as necessary for legitimate business and legal purposes (for example, tax and accounting records), then delete or anonymize them. You may request earlier deletion as described below.

11. Data Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), restricted access to stored data, row-level access controls on our database, hardened security response headers, and authenticated access to the client portal. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.

12. Your Rights & Choices

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to opt out of certain communications, by contacting us at sales@adsmogul.com or (661) 599-3859.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it; to request deletion or correction; and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details above; we will verify your request before acting on it.

13. Children's Privacy

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Do Not Call Compliance

AdsMogul complies with the TCPA, FCC regulations, and California telemarketing laws, and honors the National and California Do Not Call Registries.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
